(Halloween)
The Village of Akron's annual Halloween Trick-or-Treating activities will go on as scheduled. Official Trick-or-Treating hours in the Village of Akron will be 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 31, 2006.
Village officials want to remind residents to proceed with caution and practice public safety while you are out Trick-or-Treating. Russell Park and Wilder Park remain closed and trespassers will be subject to arrest.
The Village of Akron is handing out free Halloween Trick-or-Treat bags to Village residents. The bags will be available at the Village Hall on 21 Main Street during normal business hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, while supplies last.
