Dear meals on wheels participant:
A few important reminders:
If you will not be home to accept your meals, please call michelle mcmahon by 2:00 p.m. the day before to cancel meals, so as to avoid paying for unwanted meals.
We cannot leave meals at your door unrefrigerated. Please call your coordinator if you want meals left with a neighbor.
Your contribution for the meals is very important for our program. Please call your coordinator or case worker if you have any questions about your contribution.
When springville school district is closed due to inclemet weather there will not be meal delivery.
