Eligibility

  1. If you reside within the service area.
  2. If your annual income is within the HUD guidelines. (see chart below)
  3. If you are 62 or older, or disabled, you are also eligible upon proof of disability or age.
  4. If you do not have available transportation, cannot access existing bus routes and have no other way of getting around.
