Professional Experience:
- Admitted to
practice law in state and federal courts in 1972.
- Elected to
the office of District Attorney on January 1, 1997.
- Prior to his
election, Mr. Clark served the Erie County District Attorney's
Office as its First Deputy District Attorney.
- Acted as
Chief of the Organized Crimina Drug Enforcement Task Force of
the United States Attorney's Office in the Western District of
New York for 5 years.
- Served as
Chief of the Violent Felony Bureau in the Erie County District
Attorney's office for 7 years.
Education:
- Juris Doctor
degree from State University of New York at Buffalo
- Bachelor of
Arts degree in Classical Languages from Niagara University.
Military Service:
- Served in the
United States Marine Corps from 1968 to 1971. He is a decorated
veteran of the Vietnam conflict. Honorably discharged with rank
of Captain.

New York State and Erie County Bar Associations and New York
State District Attorneys Association Executive Committee.
- Lectured
extensively in the areas of criminal law and trial practice and

the United States Department of Justice, United States

United States Secret Service, Ontario Provincial Police and New
York State Police.

A-V rating, by the national attorney rating service of
Martindale-Hubbell.
Personal:
- Frank resides
in Buffalo with his wife Catherine, a Buffalo school teacher.
