Auction & Foreclosure Information
Erie County Foreclosure Sale Monday March 5, 2012 at the auditorium of the Buffalo and Erie County Library, registration begins at 8:30 am, sale will start at 9:30am. The auditorium entrance is on Clinton Street, at the northwest corner of Clinton and Ellicott street intersection.
Please note that amount of delinquent tax listed for each parcel may NOT be the opening bid. Opening bids will be announced the day of the sale, as each parcel is brought to the floor to be auctioned.
