The Erie County First Time Homebuyer Program is a home purchasing program that makes homeownership affordable to low- and moderate-income households. Through the HOME Investment Partnership Program, Erie County is offering deferred loans in the amount of $3,000 - $14,000 to eligible first time home buyers. Financial assistance can be used for down payment, closing costs, and/or principal and interest rate reduction.
