Lancaster Recreation Summer Playgrounds 2005
The Lancaster Recreation Summer Playgrounds have come to an end. The summer was jammed packed with fun field trips and intense tournaments. The competition of "Playground of the Year" was awarded to the Hillview School site and all of the loyal participants.

Along with "Playground of the Year," the Lancaster Recreation Department asks each playground site to choose two children, usually a boy and girl, that represent the best overall attitudes, participation and willingness to cooperate with their peers and Playground Leaders. The following are the winners:
