Pursuant to the 2003 Rules of the Legislature, the Chairman is required, by December 31st, to release a schedule of legislative sessions for the upcoming year. That schedule has been released and is as follows:

     The reorganization meeting of the Erie County Legislature will be held at 2:00PM next Thursday, January 8, 2004 in the Legislature Chambers on the 2nd Floor (Part 6 Courtroom), 92 Franklin Street. At this meeting the Legislature will vote to appoint a Chairman, Majority Leader and Minority Leader.
