COUNTY LEGISLATOR KOZUB, DIRECTOR OF VETERANS SERVICES WELCH ANNOUNCE LEGAL ASSISTANCE FOR VETS, FORECLOSURE

Erie County Director of Veterans Services Patrick W. Welch and Erie County Legislator Daniel M. Kozub (D-Lackawanna) are announcing the availability of a court-appointed special military counsel for veterans facing possible foreclosure proceedings on Buffalo properties.

Welch, a Vietnam veteran, and Kozub, a U.S. Navy veteran, are stating that men or women in the military service who are the owners "of any right property, title or interest in or lien upon parcels subject to the City of Buffalo In Rem foreclosure proceedings (No. 42)" should contact court-appointed special military counsel Glenn Edward Murray.
