Block Club Leader

Dear Block Club Leader,

I realize the important role block clubs play in keeping our neighborhood streets safe, clean and beautified and I understand the significance of having a presence and connection with neighborhood block clubs and community organizations. As the Erie County Legislature’s 2nd District Representative, I have made it a priority to establish such a relationship with all the block clubs in the district.

I would like to arrange a date and time to speak with your block club at your convenience. This will give me an opportunity to hear what your block club has been doing in your neighborhood, what your concerns are, and how I can be helpful in resolving these issues.

I have also enclosed some literature pertaining to some current events your block club members might be interested in. I will continue in the future to maintain a relationship with your block club to promote awareness of community events or possible benefits that I may be able to connect you with.
