KENNEDY ANNOUNCES ENACTMENT OF ANTI-TEXTING WHILE DRIVING LAW
The Anti-Texting while Driving Law, which makes texting while driving a primary offense, has been signed and enacted by Erie County. Legislator Tim Kennedy, sponsor of this law, said "I am pleased that Erie County Executive Collins shares my vision for prioritizing public safety and particularly the safety of our youth on the streets of Erie County. This anti-texting law, now enacted, will save lives in Erie County."
