A LOCAL LAW to repeal a prior Local Law requiring New York State Certified Work Training Programs by contractors and subcontractors under construction contracts, as defined herein, with the County of Erie.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ERIE COUNTY LEGISLATURE AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. REPEAL OF PRIOR LOCAL LAW
Local Law No. 2-2006 enacted by the Erie County Legislature is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2. This Local Law shall take effect twenty (20) days after filing with the Secretary of State in accordance with Section 27 of the New York Municipal Home Rule Law.
