COUNTY LEGISLATOR MARIA R. WHYTE, VOLUNTEERS CLEAN, PAINT, REPAIR LASALLE PARK BATHROOMS

Erie County Legislature Majority Leader Maria R. Whyte (D-Buffalo) and several volunteers spent part of two days in June cleaning and painting the bathrooms at Lasalle Park in Buffalo.

Legislator Whyte has been working with several members of AmeriCorps and other community volunteers to clean, paint and repair the bathrooms at Lasalle Park, off Porter Avenue on Buffalo's West Side, on the weekend and during the week. This is part of a continuing effort to keep the park open and serving the residents of the community.
