COUNTY LEGISLATOR GRANT ANNOUNCES HEAP OUTREACH SESSION SET AT LAFAYETTE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH MAY 13

Erie County Legislator Betty Jean Grant (D-Buffalo, 7th District) announces that a Heating Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) Outreach session will be held from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, at the Lafayette Presbyterian Church, 875 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo.

Interviews will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, and the first 80 clients to sign will be guaranteed service in applying for the heating energy assistance program.

The 2008-2009 HEAP monthly income eligibility guidelines are, by household size: one, $1,963; two, $2,567; three, $3,172; four, $3,776; five, $4,380; six, $4,984; seven, $5,097; eight, $5,210.
