COUNTY LEGISLATOR MAZUR ANNOUNCES INSURANCE SESSION SCHEDULED AT SAINT BARNABAS NOVEMBER 20

Erie County Legislator Thomas J. Mazur (D-Cheektowaga, Depew) is announcing that the Erie County Department of Senior Services will hold an informational session on "Paying for Long Term Care and Health Insurance Information" from noon-2:30 p.m. Friday, November 20, at St. Barnabas Church, 2049 George Urban Boulevard in Depew.

The question and answer session, with representatives from the Health Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (HIICAP) will addresses topics such as healthy insurance, Medicare, prescription coverage, long-term insurance, health maintenance organizations (HMOs) and advantage programs. Advice in starting inline searches will also be provided.
