COUNTY LEGISLATOR WROBLEWSKI LEADS LEGISLATURE WORKING WITH VARIOUS LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT

Congressman Brian Higgins, left, and County Legislator
Timothy M. Wroblewski (D-West Seneca, South
Cheektowaga) continue to work on many joint concerns,
including Homeland Security and economic
development issues.
Erie County Legislator Timothy M. Wroblewski (D-West Seneca, South Cheektowaga) is continuing his work in finding common ground and cooperation between various levels of government to achieve results for the 9th District.
This includes working through the Public Safety Committee, of which County Legislator Wroblewski serves as chairman.
"The best way for the County Legislature and other forms of government to make the most of the limited resources available is to work with other forms of government," Legislator Wroblewski said. "Among the ways I have done so for the benefit of taxpayers is working with Congressman Brian Higgins (D-Buffalo) in taking advantage of Homeland Security grants and other items to improve the safety of Erie County residents and of our law enforcement and first response personnel. He has also worked with Erie County on economic development issues."
"Partnering the County Legislature with elected officials such as Congressman Higgins and with local representatives, we can continue to work together for the residents for the 9th District and Erie County, "Legislator Wroblewski added. "This is the best way to work efficiently, effectively and with fiscal prudence."
