Michele M. Iannello - District 10 January 15, 2008 LEGISLATOR IANNELLO APPOINTED TO STATE COMMITTEE Legislator Michele M. Iannello (D-Kenmore) received word that she has been appointed to the Public Safety Committee of the New York State Association of Counties. The Legislator has been active in the Association since she took office in January 2006. She also serves on the Public Safety Committee of the Erie County Legislature. The Legislator stated, "I am delighted to serve on this Committee and I am certain that I can utilize what I learn on the State level to the advantage of our local Committee. Likewise, I can bring the attention of local problems to those in the State who may not be aware of certain, unpredictable, real life situations that can occur. The more knowledge brought to the table, the better for the policy makers."
