Iannello - District 10 MAY 14, 2009 LEGISLATOR IANNELLO ANNOUNCES LEGISLATURE READY TO ADVANCE COUNTY'S FEDERAL REINVESTMENT PRIORITIES It is the Erie County Legislature's goal to provide the public with transparency and accountability regarding Erie County's pursuit and use of federal grant funds available under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). Erie County Legislator Michele M. Iannello (D-Kenmore), Chair of the Green Actions Community Committee, looks forward to the continued cooperation of the administration, in particular Environment and Planning Commissioner Holly Sinnott, in providing a comprehensive list of qualifying projects, which will enable the Legislature to approve the package in time for the grant deadline of May 29.
