MARINELLI ANNOUNCES CONFIRMATION OF RAY GALLAGHER TO ECC BOARD OF TRUSTEES

By unanimous vote at its July 10 session, the Erie County Legislature confirmed the reappointment of Ray Gallagher of Hamburg to the Erie Community College Board of Trustees for a term that ends in 2018. The County Executive recommended his reappointment.

"At this pivotal time for Erie County, I am pleased that we were able to retain the knowledge, experience and commitment of Mr. Gallagher," Legislature Chair Lynn M. Marinelli (D-Buffalo, Tonawanda) said. "As ECC becomes increasingly engaged in addressing the job retraining, workforce development and other critical needs in our economy, we know we will be ready for whatever the future holds."
