NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing of the County Legislature of the County of Erie, New York, shall be held in the Chambers of the Legislature located at 92 Franklin Street, 4th Floor, Buffalo, New York, in said County, on the 19th day of June, 2008, at 5:00 o'clock P.M., Prevailing Time, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing to hear public comment on the Erie Community College Proposed 2008-09 Budget.

The Erie Community College Proposed 2008-09 Budget was submitted to the Legislature on the 27th Day of May, 2008. Copies of the Budget are available for Public Inspection at the Office of the Clerk of the Legislature, located at 92 Franklin Street, 4th Floor, Buffalo, New York.
