Nathan Neill
The Town of Newstead has a Town Attorney available to assist the town in its legal matters. It is a part time position. The Town Attorney attends Town Board work sessions and regular meetings. Most of these meetings are on Monday evenings. The position is appointed on a yearly basis at the annul meeting in January of each year.
