Drainage Plan/Survey of property and plan showing proposed location of structure, first floor elevations, spot elevations (both existing and proposed), wetlands, flood plain, ditches, waterways, swales and runoff collection.
Two sets of building plans with seal of design professional including energy calculations, description of materials and specifications.
Plan Review Checklist completed by design professional.
Driveway permit

...if a Town road, we will notify Town Highway Garage and they will determine the need for and install a culvert pipe
Builder's Certificate of Insurance must be on file with our office
Payment of permit fee-based on cost of project.
***New home-based on square footage. Turnaround for plan review and fee calculation is about one week. Preliminary (unstamped) plans will not be reviewed without foundation plan.
