Tournament Registration County of Erie Golf Courses

1. Elma Meadows and Grover Cleveland golf courses will accept outside golf events on Tuesday and Fridays when available.



2. After January 1st of any year, please send a letter containing the following information:
   
   • Organization or group name
   • Contact name, phone number and address
   • Date requested
   • Number of players
   • Tee Times requested - Shotgun starts available with minumum 100 golfers Elma, 64 Grover Cleveland

3. We will send you a letter of confirmation containing all pertinent information and will temporarily hold your reservation.



4. The following are the fees related to all events:
   Greens Fees: Elma - $16.00, Grover - $14.00
   Tournament Fee: Elma - $2.00, Grover - $2.00
   Golf carts are available for events for $11 per person



5. Upon receiving our confirmation letter you must immediately submit your security deposit in check form.
   • The security deposit required is a minimum of $200.00, maximum of $500.00
   • Make Checks payable to: Erie County Parks Department

6. The County requires full payment 10 days prior to scheduled event. Extra players may be added and paid for the day of the event.
