TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO ARREST OF ELLICOTTVILE MAN ON CRACK COCAINE

January 29, 2010- Town of Concord- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of an Ellicottville man on criminal possession of a controlled substance – 7the degree While on patrol in District 4, Deputy Chris Parisi conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle on Rt. 219 in the Town of Concord for an equipment violation. His investigation revealed that the operator did not possess a valid Driver's License. The operator, Robert J. Buehl age 38 of Ellicottville was also found to be in possession of crack cocaine. Mr. Buehl was charged with traffic infractions and Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th.

Mr. Buehl was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets and Appearance Tickets returnable to the Town of Concord at a later
