DWI ARREST IN VILLAGE OF SPRINGVILLE
January 30, 2010- Village of Springville- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a West Valley man on DWI charges.
While on patrol in District 4, Deputy Chris Parisi discovered a vehicle off the road in a resident's yard. His investigation resulted in the arrest of Frederick W. Bond, age 32 of West Valley for Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Bond did submit to a breath test with a result of 0.17% BAC.
Mr. Bond was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Village of Springville Court at a later date
