Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard reports the arrest of a 28 year old Orchard Park woman for Driving While Intoxicated.
Deputy Tom Meredith stopped a vehicle on Transit Road in the Town of Elma for a traffic violation. His investigation resulted in the arrest of Sarah Harris of Orchard Park for DWI
Ms. Harris submitted to a breath test with a result of BAC- .17. Ms. Harris was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center on $200.00 bail. She is scheduled to appear in Town of Elma Court at a later date.
