DWI ARREST- TOWN OF ELMA
JUNE 15, 2009- TOWN OF ELMA- 10:04 pm- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of an Elma resident for Driving While Intoxicated.
Deputy Tom Meredith investigated an accident involving a motorcycle and car on Seneca St in the town of Elma. No injuries from the accident were reported. The driver of the motorcycle, Joseph King, age 45, of Seneca St., Elma was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DWI. He refused to submit to field sobriety and breath tests.
King was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment in Elma Court.
