DWI- VILLAGE OF NORTH COLLINS
June 20, 2009- 3:18 AM- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Gowanda resident for Driving While Intoxicated.
Deputy Robert Kolmetz stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction on Main St in the Village of North Collins. The driver, Joshua Bowers, age 20, of Persia Rd., Gowanda, failed several field sobriety tests. He was arrested for DWI. Bowers did submit to a chemical test to determine his blood alcohol concentration. The test result was .13% BAC.
Bowers was released to a family member and will appear in Village of North Collins Court at a future date.
Deputy Doug Grube assisted with the arrest.
