RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT IN TOWN OF MARILLA
June 21, 2009- 1:02AM- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of an Elma and Depew resident for Reckless Endangerment.
Deputy Tom Meredith and Jim Welch responded to a disturbance at the Marilla Fire Company Carnival on West Ave in Marilla. Security at the carnival was detaining two people who were involved in a criminal incident. Ryan Nolan, age 22 of Jamison Rd., Elma and Michael Sarata, age 22 of Bryan Ave., Depew tipped over a portable lavatory while a person was inside.
Nolan and Sarata were charged with Reckless Endangerment and Harassment and released on appearance tickets. They both will have to appear in Marilla Court at a later date.
