DEPEW RESIDENT ARRESTED FOR DWI IN TOWN OF ALDEN
June 25, 2009- Town of Alden- 0245 HRS: Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Depew man for Driving While Intoxicated.
Deputy Brandon Stott responded to a reckless driving complaint in the Town of Alden on the Erie County/Genesee County line on Broadway. Further investigation led to the arrest of Robert B. Allen, age 57 of Depew.
Mr. Allen refused to submit to a Breath test. Mr. Allen was released to a 3rd party on Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Alden Court at a later date.
Deputy Stott was assisted by the Genesee County Sheriff's Office.
