JAVA CENTER TEEN ARRESTED FOR DWI IN TOWN OF WALES
June 25, 2009- Town of Wales- 1950 HRS: Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a 19 y.o. Java Center man for Driving While Intoxicated.
Deputies Thomas Meredith, Timothy Dusza and Scott Kuhlmey responded to a Property Damage accident on Centerline Road in the Town of Wales. Their investigation resulted in the arrest of Nicholas M. Gabler, age 19 of Java Center, NY.
Mr. Gabler was also charged with violating the New York State Alcohol Beverage Control Act. Mr. Gabler submitted to a breath test with a result of .13% B.A.C. Mr. Gabler was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center without bail and issued Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Wales Court at a later date.
