DWI ARREST IN THE CITY OF BUFFALO
June 25, 2009- City of Buffalo- 1940 HRS: Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a 53 year old City of Buffalo woman for Driving While Intoxicated.
Deputies Timothy Colling and Jason Breinlinger conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle on Clinton St. in the City of Buffalo for various traffic violations- after witnessing the suspect's vehicle nearly strike another vehicle- and- failing to maintain a single lane. Further investigation led to the arrest of Cynthia W. Thompson, age 53 of the City of Buffalo for Driving While Intoxicated.
Ms. Thompson refused to submit to a Breath test. Ms. Thompson was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets to a 3rd party, returnable to Buffalo City Court at a later date.
