TOWN OF NORTH COLLINS MAN ARRESTED FOR CRIMINAL MISCHIEF AND RESISTING ARREST
June 26, 2009- Town of North Collins- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a 40 year old Town of North Collins man for NYS PL 195.05 Obstruction of Governmental Administration, a Class A Misdemeanor, NYS PL 205.30 Resisting Arrest, a Class A Misdemeanor, NYS PL 120.00 Assault 3rd, a Class A Misdemeanor and NYS PL 145.05 Criminal Mischief 3rd, a Class E Felony.
Deputies Daniel Milbrandt and Brendan Connolly responded to a domestic complaint on Gowanda State Road in the Town of North Collins. Deputies arrested Timothy E. Yetman DOB 05/23/1969 on the above charges. The female complainant was taken to Lakeshore Hospital for treatment for her injuries. Mr. Yetman was combative and uncooperative with Deputies. Mr. Yetman was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center without Bail, pending arraignment.
