ALDEN WOMAN ARRESTED FOR DWI IN THE TOWN OF MARILLA
June 26, 2009- Town of Marilla- 0140 HRS: Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a 43 year old woman for Driving While Intoxicated.
Deputy Robert Kolmetz stopped a vehicle on Exchange St. in the Town of Marilla for a traffic violation. Further investigation led to the arrest of Dawn Otto, age 43 of Alden. Ms. Otto submitted to a breath test with a result of .17% BAC.
Ms. Otto was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Marilla Court at a later date.
