ANGOLA MAN ARRESTED FOR DWI IN TOWN OF EVANS
July 4, 2009- Town of Evans- 3:32 AM- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of an Angola resident for Driving While Intoxicated.
Deputy Douglas Grube stopped a vehicle for speeding on Southwestern Blvd in the Town of Evans. The driver, George Maybee, age 43, of Center St., Angola, failed several field sobriety tests. He did submit to a chemical test to determine hid blood alcohol concentration. The test result was .20% BAC.
Maybee was released to third party and will appear in Evans Court at a later date for arraignment.
