Corfu Woman Arrested for DWI in Village of Akron
July 5, 2009- Village of Akron- 0250 HRS: Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Corfu woman for Driving While Intoxicated.
Deputy Robert Kolmetz stopped Darylyn C. Horsefall age 28 of Corfu for traffic violations. His investigation led to the arrest of Ms. Horsefall for Driving While Intoxicated. Ms. Horsefall did submit to a chemical test with results of 0.16% BAC.
Ms. Horsefall was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Village of Akron court at a later date.
