North Collins Man Arrested for DWI
July 8, 2009- Town of North Collins- 2100 HRS- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a North Collins man for DWI.
Deputy Kenneth Achtyl conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle for traffic violations. His investigation led to the arrest of Edward I Brehm, age 25 of North Collins for Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Brehm submitted to a chemical test with a result of 0.15% BAC.
Mr. Brehm was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of North Collins Court at a later date.
