Town of Elma Man Arrested on Multiple Charges Related to Domestic Incident
July 8, 2009- Town of Elma- 2300 HRS- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a 43 year old Elma man on multiple charges related to a domestic incident.
Deputies Thomas Meredith, Timothy Dusza, Aaron Naegely and Thomas Was responded to a domestic incident in the Town of Elma. The investigation led Deputies to charge Timothy J. Schunk, 43, of Elma, with Endangering the Welfare of a child and Harassment 2nd. When Deputies informed Schunk of his arrest, Schunk became combatitive and fought with deputies, leading to the additional charges of Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
Schunk was transported to the Erie County Holding Center and held without bail pending arraignment in Town of Elma Court.
