TEENAGER ARRESTED FOR DWI IN VILLAGE OF AKRON
July 9, 2009- Village of Akron- 0330 HRS- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Akron man for driving While Intoxicated.
Deputy Robert Kolmetz stopped Matthew B. Warren, age 18, of Akron, for traffic violations. His investigation led to the arrest of Mr. Warren for Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Warren did submit to a chemical test with results of 0.13% BAC.
Mr. Warren was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Village of Akron court at a later date.
