ELMA WOMAN ARRESTED ON GOVERNMENTAL ADMINISTRATION CHARGES
July 15, 2009- Town of Elma- 0125 HRS- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a 23 year old Elma woman on obstruction of governmental administration charges
While on patrol, Deputy Thomas Meredith observed a vehicle operating at a high rate of speed and in a reckless manner. Deputy Meredith conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle. During his investigation, the passenger of the vehicle became irate and interfered with the investigation. The passenger, Candice L. Kulikowski, age 23 of Elma was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration.
During processing, Ms. Kulikowski was uncooperative. Kulikowski was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center without bail, awaiting arraignment in Town of Elma court.
