CITY OF BUFFLO MAN ARRESTED- FOR 15 CURRENT SUSPENSIONS ON HIS LICENSE AND TRACE AMOUNTS OF COCAINE

July 16, 2009- Town of Brant- 0041 HRS: Sheriff Tim Howard reports the arrest of a City of Buffalo man and his girlfriend following a traffic stop on Southwestern Boulevard in the Town of Brant.

Erie County Sheriff's Deputy Ben Pisa stopped a vehicle driven by 20 year old Henry White of Condon Avenue, Buffalo, for a traffic violation. White was accompanied by his 21 year old girlfriend, Kaylee Gilbert. Upon further investigation it was discovered that White had 15 current suspensions on his driver's license and a small baggie with trace amounts of cocaine was found in the vehicle.

White was arrested and charged with Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center and held pending his arraignment in the Town of Brant Court.

Gilbert was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and released to a third party on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Brant Court at a later date. The vehicle was towed from the scene and held.
