KEMORE MAN ARRESTED FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE/ WARRANT ARRESTS
July 18, 2009- Village of Springville- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a 31 year old Kenmore man.
Deputies Scott Kuhlmey and Christopher Butera responded to a traffic complaint in the Village of Springville. Their investigation led to the arrest of Robert L. Harris of Kenmore. Harris was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd degree, for having 11 suspensions on 5 different dates. It was also learned that Harris had 2 active warrants out of the Town of Tonawanda.
Harris was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center without bail.
