SPRINGVILLE MAN ARRESTED ON DWI CHARGES
July 18, 2009- Village of Springville- 0220 HRS- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Springville man.
Deputies Gene Nati and Timothy Donovan conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle on North Buffalo St. in the Village of Springville for traffic violations, their investigation led to the arrest of Joseph M. Kehr, age 36 of Springville for Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Kehr was also charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd.
Mr. Kehr refused to submit to a breath test. Mr. Kehr was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center without bail.
