EAST AURORA MAN ARRESTED FOR DWI IN SPRINGVILLE
July 18, 2009- Village of Springville- 0220 HRS- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of an East Aurora man. .
Deputies James Welch and James Flowers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle on Route 400 in the Town of Elma for traffic violations- their investigation led to the arrest of Nicholas W. Riter, age 23 of East Aurora for Driving While Intoxicated.
Mr. Riter did submit to a breath test with a result of 0.16% BAC. Mr. Riter was released on UTTs returnable to the Town of Elma Court.
