CLARENCE MAN ARRESTED FOR DWI/IMPAIRED BY DRUGS
Town of Lancaster- July 23, 2009- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a 41 year old Clarence man for Driving While Intoxicated /Impaired by Drugs.
While on patrol traveling on Transit Road, Deputy Gene Nati conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being operated in an erratic manner, violating traffic laws and nearly colliding with his patrol vehicle. As a result of his investigation, Deputy Nati arrested Stephen F. Gatti, 41 of Clarence for Driving While Intoxicated Impaired by Drugs and other traffic violations.
Mr. Gatti did submit to a blood test. Mr. Gatti was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets, returnable to Town of Lancaster Court at a later date.
