DWI ARREST IN TOWN OF HOLLAND
AUGUST 16, 2009- Town of Holland- 0330 HRS: Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a 39 year old Town of Holland man for DWI.
Deputy Gene Nati conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle on Pearl Street Town of Holland. His investigation resulted in the arrest of Timothy M. Bennett age of 39 of the Town of Holland for Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Bennett refused to submit to a breath test.
Mr. Bennett was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Holland court.
