SPRINGVILLE MAN ARRESTED FOR FELONY DWI IN TOWN OF CONCORD

August 16, 2009- Town of Concord- 0140 HRS- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a 22 year old Village of Springville man for Felony DWI.

Deputy Jason Bouton responded to an injury auto accident on Trevett Road in the Town of Concord. His investigation resulted in the arrest of Myron T McCollum age 22 of the Village of Springville for Driving While Intoxicated. McCollum had a previous conviction for Driving While Intoxicated, which resulted in the Felony charge.

McCollum submitted to a chemical test and was released on Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Concord Court.
