CONCORD MAN ARRESTED ON DWI CHARGES IN VILLAGE OF SPRINGVILLE
August 20, 2009- Village of Springville- 0026 HRS: Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a 64 year old Concord man.
While on patrol, Deputy Ben Pisa stopped a motor vehicle for a traffic violation. His investigation led to the arrest of Daniel L. Hill, age 64 of Concord for traffic violations and Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. Hill did submit to a breath test with a result of .12% BAC.
Mr. Hill was released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Springville Court.
