GRAND LARCENY ARREST IN TOWN OF HOLLAND
August 22, 2009- Town of Holland; 2:50 PM- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports that sheriff's deputies arrested a 24-year-old Town of Holland woman after she stole her mother's vehicle.
Kathleen Alloco age 51 of Vermont St. Holland stated she and her daughter Alexandria age 24 just moved here from California. When she awoke yesterday morning she noticed that her 2007 Ford Mustang, her suitcases and $300.00 was missing along with her daughter. She stated this has happened before.
Deputies received a call that Alexandria had parked the car near the residence and was attempting to leave the area. She was stopped by Deputy Brad Ballantyne. The vehicle was returned to the owner.
Alexandria was charged with Grand Larceny 3rd, and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle 3rd. She was taken to the Erie County Holding Center and will be arraigned in the Town of Holland Court at a later date.
