September 7, 2009- Town of Wales- 2100 HRS- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Wales man involved in a domestic disturbance.
Deputies Tom Meredith and Tim Dusza responded to a domestic disturbance in the Town of Wales. Prior to their arrival the suspect had fought with his parents and had barricaded himself in a bedroom. The subject fought with Deputies and had to be pepper sprayed. Deputies charged Eric C. Seifert age 26 of Wales with Assault 3rd, Harassment 2nd, and Resisting Arrest. Seifert was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center without bail per South Zone Sgt. Bill Cranston.
Upon arrival at the Erie County Holding Center Sally Port, Seifert again fought with Deputies and was charged with an additional count of Resisting Arrest.
